Resources
Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management deal with the most valuable and least tangible assets in any organization: its competitive and intellectual capital. It is estimated that in 1975 over 80% of US equity market value was comprised of tangible assets: factories, machines and inventories. By 2007 less than 20% of a firm’s value was comprised of tangible assets.
